I was using this product a few months, then it broke. My husband was trying to repair it, we changed batteries. . . Nothing. I went to Brookstone shop where we bought it, and they could not help me. Because their product have only 40 days return policy and 1 year guarantee. Very disappointing experience with Brookstone company and their hands free soap dispenser. . . Will not buy from them anymore.
