kenmore washer leaking under the soap dispenser in the front?

I have a front loader washing machine, Sears Kenmore (HE2) of about 3 5 years. There are large amount of water leaking from the front of the disc under the soap dispenser. Any idea why could this be done? Thank you in advance for your help.
