Wouldn’t that help reduce the number of prison rapes? There would be no need for a soap on a rope.
Soap on a rope can be used as a weapon too. Just swing it around and hit somebody’s head with it.
I know prisons are to punish, they get the punishment from being locked behind bars, being ordered around and not being able to see the outside world. But prisoners still have the right to be safe and protected.

I love her with soap foam in my bathroom and the kitchen sink. I currently have 2 soap dispenser foam plastic that I bought with soap in it. When it ended, I bought a large tank refill with soap and keep filling the plastic dispenser. I thought it would be nice, decorative foam soap dispensers instead of plastic I use generics. So I started looking in stores and I can not find specifically for soap foam. All I was looking for standard liquid soap, no soap scum. I tried to add some foam soap dispenser in a standard liquid hand soap and it did not foam. Does anyone know where I can find a decorative foam soap dispenser? I have a bit of foam soap dispenser available in single line, but I prefer something in a store, so I kann.Entschuldigung like him. . . I must say, if I ever watched.
