Question by Kathy A: Help! I have a granite countertop in the bathroom, and spilled soap seems to have stained it? What to do?
There was a drip from the soap dispenser, and a soap drop sat on the countertop for several hours. I’ve been blotting it with water. Any suggestions? I’m not liking granite. Too many spots.

you need to seal it with liquid silicone

The second phase of the wash requires that a door on the dispenser pops open to release the soap. It will no longer do that. I’ve checked the little springs and they’re still in place. I’ve scrubbed around the thing to try to eliminate any soap build up. Doesn’t help. Any thoughts? Thanks for your help. Jim
